Rohan Pradhan
Uniquely positioned to operate at the intersection of revenue, product and finance, Rohan specialises in scaling hyper-growth businesses from pre to post-IPO. At Deliveroo, he worked alongside the Founder-CEO to scale the company from £100 million in GMV and 200 employees to over £7 Billion+ with 4000 employees. Over the 7 years at the company, he held multiple exec roles, first as COO and later driving initiatives related to the IPO and path to profitability. Prior to Deliveroo, he was a founding team member at Amazon Prime Now 3P (1 hour delivery), and spent his early career in consulting (McKinsey) and Private Equity (Blackstone). He also holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
