Stella Penso
Stella is a seasoned operator, advisor, angel, judge, mentor and, most recently, a co-founder. Her specialisms include monetisation, pricing, business strategy, value proposition identification, marketplace optimisation, funnel growth and org design for success in reaching and maintaining profitability. Her particular area of expertise is mobility and marketplaces, both B2C and B2B. Her leadership positions include Careem (Series C to pre-acquisition by Uber in 2019) and Free Now, where she led marketplace performance and marketing. She is now the co-founder of Airvi, an early stage AI platform tackling traffic congestion.
Born and raised in Istanbul and educated in the USA, Stella has worked in NYC, Washington DC, Istanbul, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and London/Hamburg to drive profitable growth in more than 30 markets.
